About Us
The Breast Care Support Fund of East Gippsland Inc. is a volunteer-driven initiative dedicated to bringing comfort and relief to individuals facing breast cancer in our community.
Committed to keeping 100% of funds local, we provide thoughtful gifts such as fuel, grocery, and meal vouchers, as well as support for wigs and beauty treatments, helping patients and their families experience small moments of joy during a challenging time.
Guided by the expertise of our local McGrath Breast Care Nurse at BRHS, we ensure that support is given where it is needed most, transparently and confidentially.
We strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by breast cancer in East Gippsland.

McGrath Breast Care Nurse for East Gippsland
We are working very closely with our local McGrath Breast Care Nurse for East Gippsland at BRHS – Carolyn Nelson.
She supports people diagnosed with breast cancer, their families and their carers throughout the breast cancer diagnosis, treatment and after completion of treatment as required.
She is based at Bairnsdale Regional Health Ross Street.
